Ethel See-Winchell

My husband and I, together with our 5 fur kids, are full time residents of Lake Francis Estates. We have both been serving the Alcouffe Community Center as Members of the Board. I have been the Secretary (since 2018) and served as Treasurer of Alcouffe since 2017. Paul, my husband, is with our local volunteer fire department and the Yuba County Sheriff Search & Rescue. His real (paying job) is practicing Internal and Geriatric Medicine in a clinic in Grass Valley.

My work experience has been with the healthcare industry. I have 20+ years of experience in Administration, Risk Management, Finance, and Marketing.  I worked with Prime Healthcare who owns over 20 hospitals and my last position was Corporate Contracts Administrator.  When we were based in Los Angeles in 2010, I was a recipient of the San Fernando Valley Business Journal Top 40 Executives in the areas of Marketing, PR/Media, and Customer Satisfaction. My undergraduate is Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Finance and Marketing. And I also have a Masters in Business Administration.
