Michael & I moved here a year ago from Magalia where we were members of the Paradise Pines Property Owner’s Association for over 17 years.  So we understand the importance of CC&Rs and their benefit to the community. 

I also bring over 25+ years of Executive Secretary experience, as well as 15 years of Computer Technology and Web Development.  I am currently employed as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO & CFO at FRST Corp, a Forestry consulting firm in Grass Valley, California.  I also have training in Human Resources and Small Business Accounting. 

We consider ourselves permanent residents and it is our intention to make Lake Francis Estates our retirement home.  As such, we have a vested interest in contributing towards what it was envisioned to be, a place of neighborly friendship, tranquility and peace.
